Is CCTools free?

Yes! CCTools is free to use. We offer a Pro tier for advanced features, but all core features are free.

Is CCTools official?

CCTools is a community-built tool. We are not officially affiliated with Digital Asset or Canton Network, but we are applying for a Canton Protocol Development Fund grant.

How do I report a bug?

Use the contact form at cctools.network/contact with a description of the bug, screenshots if possible, and your browser/device info.

Why did my XP drop?

Some XP is tied to daily actions that reset. Also, if you un-upvote a project, the XP from that action is reversed.

How do I get Level 4?

Keep logging in daily to build your streak, upvote projects, follow @cantontools on X, and add a wallet. Level 4 typically takes a few days of active use.

Can I reset my account?

Use the contact form at cctools.network/contact if you need an account reset. Note that this will erase all XP and badges.

Is my wallet safe?

CCTools only requires your public wallet address for read-only tracking. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases. Your wallet is never at risk.

Why are my balances wrong?

Token prices are updated in near real-time but may have slight delays. If balances seem significantly wrong, try refreshing or removing and re-adding your wallet.

Can I track wallets on other chains?

Currently, CCTools only supports Canton Network wallets. Multi-chain support may come in the future.
